ALERT:
- This resolution puts IVF treatment at risk, could severely restrict successful IVF treatment and result in many legal challenges for fertility patients – past and present.
HB 0533, “Fertility Treatment and Contraceptive Protection Act”
- Purpose: Establishes the right to fertility treatment & services.
CAUTION:

- Tennessee Medical Association (TMA) and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine strongly oppose this amendment.
SB 0463, “Freedom to Grow Our Tennessee Families Act”
- Purpose: Requires insurance companies to cover fertility care & preservation services.
HB 0027, “Reproductive Freedom Act”
- Purpose: Protects the fundamental right of patients to make decisions about their reproductive health care.
HB 0945, “Amends Tennessee Code Annotated Related to Assisted Reproductive Technology ”
