Meet the TRM Staff of Fertility Experts


Julie Baird, Andrologist at Tennessee Reproductive Medicine | Chattanooga, TNJulie Baird

Andrologist

Julie joined the TRM team at its inception and after some time away, eventually returned to our practice. Julie says she’s so proud to work with a staff of people who really care about all the patients. She feels everyone at TRM is fantastic at what they do and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone receives the best care possible. After experiencing infertility herself, she finds it so rewarding to help others who are going through the same journey.

Julie loves working in the lab because it reminds her of solving a puzzle with all of the results that are put together for each individual patient. She has completed her State of Tennessee and College of American Pathology Medical Technologist certification.

Julie loves to learn new things and would be a professional student if she could. She also enjoys traveling and studying about different cultures.


Rachel Chapman, Registered Nurse at Tennessee Reproductive Medicine (TRM)

Rachael Chapman

Registered Nurse

Rachael is a certified REI RN by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and graduated summa cum laude from her nursing class. She has completed the ASRM Nurse Certificate Course in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Rachael takes pride in her work at TRM and the joy it brings to the lives of others. Rachel graduated with her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Western Governors University.

Aside from nursing, Rachael’s great love is makeup, both for fun and special events. She also enjoys music, crafting and being outdoors. Rachel loves spending time with her husband and bulldogs.


Lorie Fowler, Billing Supervisor at Tennessee Reproductive Medicine

Lorie Fowler

Billing Supervisor

Lorie brings more than 25 years of experience in medical billing to Tennessee Reproductive Medicine. She enjoys connecting with patients while working at the office. She also finds great joy in supporting patients’ miraculous fertility journeys.

The mother of two spends her free time at the movies, reading, being with family and friends, and visiting the beach.

 


Nichole Giambrone, LPN | Tennessee Reproductive Medicine

Nichole Giambrone

Licensed Practical Nurse

Nichole is a licensed practical nurse (LPN) who joined Tennessee Reproductive Medicine in the summer of 2023. She has a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and pursued working in the field of fertility to help others achieve their dream of having a family.

Apart from her passion of caring for others, Nichole is most proud of her two kids. Outside of work, you’ll find Nichole cheering on her children on the soccer field or other sporting events. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors or hanging by the pool with friends and family.


Tamatha Lambeth

Licensed Practical Nurse

Tamatha is a licensed practical nurse (LPN) who recently joined Tennessee Reproductive Medicine. She graduated from Louisiana Technical College with honors and is certified in IV (intravenous) therapy.

As someone who is driven to help others and continuously learn in her career, Tamatha was interested in the field of fertility and the opportunities it presented. Women’s health has been a passion of hers, her own personal struggles with infertility further opened her heart and mind to those going through a similar experience.

Tamatha is most proud of her two beautiful children and family. Outside of work, she enjoys playing volleyball and other games with family and friends, arranging balloon displays/art, and attending sporting and live music events. A fun fact about Tamatha is that she has lived in seven different states in the United States.


Emina Merdzo, Andrologist at Tenness Reproductive Medicine

Emina Merdzo

Junior Embryologist

Emina was attracted to reproductive medicine as a way to support others during a stressful and difficult time. She finds great joy in easing their fertility journey and seeing them succeed. As a first-generation college graduate, she is most proud of constantly fighting to achieve her goals of graduating and working in the medical field.

During her time off, you’ll most likely find her exploring the outdoors, traveling or wrapping up a good book.


Cambria Morris, Medical Assistant at Tennessee Reproductive Medicine | Chattanooga, TNCambria Morris

Medical Assistant

Cambria Morris is a medical assistant who has additional certifications in phlebotomy and Basic Life Support (BLS), earning all certifications by the time she graduated high school. Cambria chose to specialize in fertility after witnessing her own family members struggle with infertility and later become parents through in vitro fertilization (IVF). She has a passion for making patients smile and helping them stay positive.

In her spare time, Cambria loves spending time with family and enjoys being out in nature. One fun fact about Cambria is that she was a pre-professional ballerina for six years and danced en pointe for Arizona Youth Ballet. She performed in shows like “The Nutcracker,” “Cinderella” and “Coppélia.”


Sofja Murphy, Medical Assistant at Tennessee Reproductive Medicine Sofja Murphy

Medical Assistant

Sofja Murphy joined Tennessee Reproductive Medicine as a medical assistant (MA) in 2022. She graduated high school with honors and earned an MA certification and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. She continues her education to become a registered nurse. Sofja chose to work in this field to support those struggling with infertility and care for them in their journeys toward pregnancy. Sofja loves helping those in need while remaining confidential, professional and hopeful for patients.


Angie Robinson, Administrator at Tennessee Reproductive MedicineAngie Robinson

Administrator

Angie has been involved with the medical field for more than 25 years, first in human resources and now as TRM’s practice administrator. She has a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a major in finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and is a certified medical practice executive with the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE).

She takes great pride in her work and in TRM’s commitment to patients, ensuring that they are provided with as much information as possible, from understanding their insurance benefits to understanding all of their treatment options. She is an active member of the Chattanooga Medical Group Management Association, Tennessee Medical Group Management Association as well as the national Medical Group Management Association.

She is also the proud mother of two grown sons and a wife of 30 years. When not working, Angie enjoys rooting for the Vols, watching other sporting events, reading and watching movies.


Megan Sribour, Embryologist at Tennessee Reproductive Medicine | Chattanooga, TNMegan Sribour

Junior Embryologist

Megan joined TRM as an embryologist and is passionate about the work she does in the lab. She enjoys the direct impact of her day-to-day work, aware that every minute matters. Megan chose to work in fertility because it is always evolving, presenting new learning opportunities in an exciting and dynamic environment. She’s proud of having a positive influence on the lives of others, as well as working with deeply dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues.

In her spare time, Megan enjoys traveling, reading, experiencing local art and creating paper crafts.


Taylor Welch, Patient Services Coordinator | Tennessee Reproductive Medicine | Chattanooga, TNTaylor Welch

Patient Services Coordinator

Taylor has earned hemodialysis technician certification as well as CPR certification. Taylor has always loved working in healthcare and building a strong rapport with patients. In both her personal and professional life, Taylor is someone who can be depended upon. She truly enjoys helping others and thrives on being a strong support system for patients and their families.

Her interests include spending time outdoors and creating floral arrangements for special occasions such as proms and weddings.


Susan Walker, TRM Patient EmbryologistSusan Walker

Senior Embryologist

Susan joined TRM as an embryologist in 2020. Susan says working at TRM is more than just a job to her, and she finds great joy interacting with couples who are on their journey to becoming parents.

Susan appreciates that fertility medicine is constantly evolving and growing, and she is prepared to meet the interesting challenges she encounters while working at TRM. Susan has completed her Embryology Laboratory Scientist (ELS) certification from the American Association of Bioanalysis (AAB).

When not at work, Susan often can be found playing golf, after catching the golf bug five years ago. She also enjoys knitting, drawing, music and painting. Susan is most proud of her amazing daughter and the woman she has become. Her favorite activity outside of work is spoiling her beautiful grandson. Most people would be surprised to learn that she is a sucker for “dad” jokes.


Terena Waters, Billing Specialist at Tennessee Reproductive MedicineTerena Waters

Billing Specialist

Terena joined TRM in 2016, bringing a wealth of experience and a warm personality to the clinic. She earned an administrative assistant associate degree with a medical emphasis from Chattanooga State Community College. She enjoys helping patients better understand their insurance benefits and financial options.

Outside of the office, she spends a lot of her time with family and friends. She is proud to be celebrating 30 years of marriage and she’s a mother of two grown sons. Terena enjoys practicing yoga or reading. Her favorite sports teams are the Auburn Tigers and Atlanta Braves and her favorite vacation destination is the beach.


Taylor Wilson, Patient Services Coordinator at Tennessee Reproductive Medicine | Chattanooga

Taylor Wilson

Patient Services Coordinator

With a passion for patient care, Taylor is looking forward to getting to know everyone and caring for their needs. As someone who has polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and dealt with infertility, she has firsthand experience in what patients are going through. Working at TRM is more than a career, and reducing patients’ fear and anxiety around infertility is her passion.

Taylor enjoys being with her husband, family and friends. Sports are another priority, whether coaching her daughter’s softball team, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs or watching her husband coach their local football team. She also enjoys crafting – including making vinyl T-shirts and decals.
