Registered Nurse

Rachael is a certified REI RN by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and graduated summa cum laude from her nursing class. She has completed the ASRM Nurse Certificate Course in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Rachael takes pride in her work at TRM and the joy it brings to the lives of others. Rachel graduated with her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Western Governors University.

Aside from nursing, Rachael’s great love is makeup, both for fun and special events. She also enjoys music, crafting and being outdoors. Rachel loves spending time with her husband and bulldogs.

Certified Embryology Laboratory Specialist

Ashby’s constant love of learning has driven her to excel in the field of embryology, and she applies this drive to stay current in new techniques and information relating to advanced reproductive medicine. She is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and is a certified andrology and embryology laboratory scientist through the American Association of Bioanalysts. She is also licensed by the State of Tennessee as a medical laboratory professional.

One of Ashby’s favorite hobbies is saltwater fishing with her husband in both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. In her spare time, she likes to hang out at her local CrossFit gym and work around her small hobby farm. She has four dogs and 28 chickens, with hopes of adding some goats and an alpaca soon.

Billing Supervisor

Lorie brings more than 25 years of experience in medical billing to Tennessee Reproductive Medicine. She enjoys connecting with patients while working at the office. She also finds great joy in supporting patients’ miraculous fertility journeys.

The mother of two spends her free time at the movies, reading, being with family and friends, and visiting the beach.

 


Linda Miller, Registered Nurse at Tennessee Reproductive Medicine TRMLinda Miller

Registered Nurse

Linda is an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and a registered nurse. She has completed the ASRM Nurse Certificate Course in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Linda loves the ability to help patients obtain their dream of having families of their own. Working at TRM has given her the opportunity to build close relationships with her patients and get to know them as individuals. She is honored to have patients who love her and consider her part of their family.

Some of Linda’s hobbies, besides hoarding candles, include painting, working out and most of all spending time with her family.


Angie Robinson, Administrator at Tennessee Reproductive Medicine - TRMAngie Robinson

Administrator

Angie has been involved with the medical field for more than 25 years, first in human resources and now as TRM’s practice administrator. She has a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a major in finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and is a certified medical practice executive with the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE).

She takes great pride in her work and in TRM’s commitment to patients, ensuring that they are provided with as much information as possible, from understanding their insurance benefits to understanding all of their treatment options. She is an active member of the Chattanooga Medical Group Management Association, Tennessee Medical Group Management Association as well as the national Medical Group Management Association.

She is also the proud mother of two grown sons and a wife of 30 years. When not working, Angie enjoys rooting for the Vols, watching other sporting events, reading and watching movies.


Nancy Robinson, TRM Patient Care Coordinator

Patient Care Coordinator

Nancy joined TRM in 2018 as a patient care coordinator. Prior to joining our team, she was a patient at TRM herself and understands what it’s like to be on the other side of the desk dealing with infertility. She is honored to be a part of other patients’ stories on their own journey toward parenthood.

Nancy is most proud of her family and enjoys spending time with her husband and their 9-year-old daughter Brooklyn. She loves traveling to the beach, spending time with extended family and close friends, and loving on their lab Presley.

If you know Nancy well, you’d know she is a sports fanatic. Her whole family bleeds Tennessee orange – Go Vols! She also loves to watch other sports and cheer on the NY Yankees, Dallas Cowboys and the Nashville Predators. But most of all, Nancy loves to cheer on Brooklyn who plays basketball for LFO – Go Warriors!

Billing Specialist

Terena joined TRM in 2016, bringing a wealth of experience and a warm personality to the clinic. She earned an administrative assistant associate degree with a medical emphasis from Chattanooga State Community College. She enjoys helping patients better understand their insurance benefits and financial options.

Outside of the office, she spends a lot of her time with family and friends, practicing yoga or reading. Her favorite sports teams are the Auburn Tigers and Atlanta Braves.


Shan Wilkinson, Senior Embryologist at Tennessee Reproductive Medicine - TRMShan Wilkinson

Senior Embryologist

Shan has a Bachelor of Science in biology from Mississippi University for Women and a Master of Science in reproductive physiology from Mississippi State University. She began her embryology career working with dairy and beef cattle in Pennsylvania, where she handled over 10,000 embryos in a few short years. Shan has more than 16 years of experience in human embryology, andrology and IVF techniques with 14 of those years as a lab supervisor.

She is honored to have helped many couples become parents and takes pride in maintaining a successful laboratory. Shan is certified by the American Board of Bioanalysis as a technical supervisor in embryology, by the American Association of Bioanalysts as an andrology laboratory scientist, and she is licensed by the State of Tennessee.

Shan was born in Louisiana and loves to take epic road trips with her husband and their two teenagers. To unwind, she crochets, bakes and eats copious amounts of dark chocolate.
