Accessibility Statement for TRM Patients
Making fertility care accessible for all patients
At Tennessee Reproductive Medicine (TRM), we are committed to ensuring that every patient, visitor and family member has equitable access to our healthcare services – both in person and online. We believe compassionate care begins with accessibility, and we work to ensure that individuals with disabilities can fully engage with our facilities, digital resources and patient care experiences.
Our commitment to accessible care
TRM complies with all applicable federal and state laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Patients with disabilities are entitled to full and equal access to our programs, services and activities.
We are dedicated to removing barriers in healthcare by providing reasonable accommodations.
Accessible services for patients
To support patients and visitors with disabilities, TRM offers:
- Accessible formats such as large print, audio materials or other accessible options.
- Physical accessibility throughout clinical spaces, entrances, restrooms, patient areas and parking.
- Reasonable modifications to policies and procedures when needed for equal access.
- Web accessibility features designed to work with screen readers, keyboard navigation and other assistive technologies.
If you need an accommodation during your appointment, our team will work with you to make sure you receive the support you need.
Website accessibility
We are actively working to ensure the TRM website follows Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 AA standard accessibility guidelines. Our goal is to make our digital content perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for individuals using assistive technologies.
We know that to become and remain an accessible fertility clinic requires continual improvement. If you encounter any accessibility barriers on our website, please let us know so we can improve your experience.
