Next steps
- In the next 2-3 business days, you will receive an email invitation to our patient portal. Please check your spam and junk folders for the invite.
- After you receive your portal invite, you’ll have 48 hours to set up your patient portal account.
- Once you’ve created your patient portal account, you’ll need to login and sign your patient consents.
- After signing your patient consents, please call the practice at 423-509-8094 to schedule your first appointment.
- Male patients, we must have an order from your referring provider before we’re able to schedule your appointment.
Offering telemedicine appointments
We highly encourage patients to continue to utilize our telehealth (audio and video) appointments when possible. Patients can request a telemedicine consult through our patient portal nAble.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Call us 423-509-8094 as soon as you know that you won’t be able to keep the appointment.
Missed appointment fee
In order to ensure we are able to see everyone who has requested an appointment, we charge a small fee for missed appointments.
If you can’t make it to your appointment, please call us to reschedule. If it is less than 24 hours before your scheduled visit, you may be charged a $100 fee. If you are charged but reschedule and keep that appointment, you will be refunded the $100 fee. Patients who miss more than one appointment without giving us 24 hours notice will not be given a refund.
