Pay Your Bill

As a TRM patient, we provide you with the convenient option to pay your bills online.

Have a current statement and your account number available while completing the form below for your online payment.
Payments by credit card (online or in-office) will have an additional 3% credit card service fee added to the transaction.
If you need to make payments on multiple accounts, you MUST fill out a separate form per account, as each account is processed separately.
Payments for treatment cycle reservations must be made directly with a TRM staff member either in person at our office or by calling 423-509-8094.
