Madison Adams
Patient Services Coordinator
Madison Adams has always had a passion for connecting with people, even during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Working at the front desk, she truly enjoys being a friendly face and providing comfort and support to patients as they navigate their fertility journeys. Madison is driven by her desire to show compassion and empathy, making her a valuable part of the TRM team.
In her personal life, Madison is proud of overcoming obstacles that others thought she couldn’t, and that sense of accomplishment fuels her every day. Outside of work, she runs an embroidery business where she creates custom orders, including birth announcements and name sweaters – one of her greatest passions. A fun fact about Madison: She’s a mirror-image identical twin, something most people she knows wouldn’t guess!
Cassie Ellis
Junior Embryologist
Junior Embryologist Cassie Ellis is dedicated to helping patients overcome obstacles and build loving families. She feels like she was called to work in fertility because she relates to those patients due to her own journey with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome). She is most proud of earning a bachelor’s degrees.
In her spare time, Cassie enjoys a variety of activities including reading, watching shows, hiking, playing pickleball, painting, and spending quality time with friends and family. A fun fact about her that most people don’t know is that she makes the “best” chocolate chip cookies.
Lorie Fowler
Billing Supervisor
Lorie brings more than 25 years of experience in medical billing to Tennessee Reproductive Medicine. She enjoys connecting with patients while working at the office. She also finds great joy in supporting patients’ miraculous fertility journeys.
The mother of two spends her free time at the movies, reading, being with family and friends, and visiting the beach.
Nichole Giambrone
Licensed Practical Nurse
Nichole Giambrone loves being a part of women’s health, helping educate and support patients through the highs and lows of their fertility journey. As a licensed practical nurse with a nursing certificate in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility from The American Society for Reproductive Medicine, along with Basic Life Saving and Advanced Cardiac Life Support accreditations, she feels privileged to help individuals and couples achieve their dream of having a family.
Nichole is most proud of her two children, who keep her busy cheering them on in their various sporting events and activities. Nichole enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and relaxing with family and friends.
Lori Gilley
Lab Assistant
Lori is a lab assistant who recently joined the TRM team. She is proud of her work at TRM, doing her part so other families can experience the joys of parenthood. Lori has found motherhood to be one of the most rewarding experiences of her life and is proud to be able to help others grow their families.
When not working, Lori enjoys playing pickleball, where she received the nickname “The Hammer.” Lori also enjoys dressing up for Halloween; we can’t wait to see what costume she chooses next!
Alyssa Krause
Registered Nurse
Alyssa Krause finds fulfillment in guiding patients through their fertility treatments, helping them navigate the path to starting or growing their families. She enjoys learning and is always expanding her knowledge in fertility medicine to better support her patients at every step.
With certifications in Advanced Fetal Monitoring, Basic Life Support, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Alyssa is also an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and has completed the ASRM Nurse Certificate Course in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI). She is most proud to have earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing to become a family nurse practitioner, furthering her commitment to providing comprehensive care. Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys traveling, hiking, running, and spending time with her family and friends.
Candy Mathis
Registered Nurse
Candy is an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and has a certification in Basic Life Support. She has completed the ASRM Nurse Certificate Course in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Being a nurse is extremely rewarding for Candy, and she particularly enjoys helping others achieve their goals of having a family.
She is also a proud mother of two girls, Chloe and Emma. Candy enjoys spending her free time with family, reading, participating in church activities and going to the gym. She also collects crazy and colorful socks, so don’t miss them when visiting the office.
Emina Merdzo
Junior Embryologist
Emina was attracted to reproductive medicine as a way to support others during a stressful and difficult time. She finds great joy in easing their fertility journey and seeing them succeed. As a first-generation college graduate, she is most proud of constantly fighting to achieve her goals of graduating and working in the medical field.
During her time off, you’ll most likely find her exploring the outdoors, traveling or wrapping up a good book.
Linda Miller
Registered Nurse
Linda is an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and a registered nurse. She has completed the ASRM Nurse Certificate Course in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Linda loves the ability to help patients obtain their dream of having families of their own. Working at TRM has given her the opportunity to build close relationships with her patients and get to know them as individuals. She is honored to have patients who love her and consider her part of their family.
Some of Linda’s hobbies, besides hoarding candles, include painting, working out and most of all spending time with her family.
Shannon Monroe
Patient Services Coordinator
Beginning at a young age, Shannon Monroe has been drawn to helping others, a passion she’s carried through her healthcare career in the ER and specialty practices. Now in fertility medicine, she finds deep satisfaction in helping patients from the very beginning of a new life. Shannon holds a Medical Assistant Certificate from Chattanooga State Technical Community College and additional certifications in blood, drug and alcohol breath testing, hair follicle drug screens, workers’ compensation billing and X-ray technology.
She is most proud of raising her three daughters. Shannon teaches them that life is precious and to live it to the fullest and to let God lead them in the path of grace, love and compassion. She loves creating lasting memories with her family and in helping others in need. Shannon loves to read as well as outdoor activities like biking, fishing and volleyball. She has a lifelong love and passion for singing and experience in church choir and playing flute in band. Shannon has fond memories of singing around the campfire with her extended family, an experience she cherishes and shares with her daughters through stories and old family videos. Shannon’s deep sense of family aligns perfectly with TRM’s mission to help patients build their own lifelong family memories.
Cambria Morris
Medical Assistant
Cambria Morris is a medical assistant who has additional certifications in phlebotomy and Basic Life Support (BLS), earning all certifications by the time she graduated high school. Cambria chose to specialize in fertility after witnessing her own family members struggle with infertility and later become parents through in vitro fertilization (IVF). She has a passion for making patients smile and helping them stay positive.
In her spare time, Cambria loves spending time with family and enjoys being out in nature. One fun fact about Cambria is that she was a pre-professional ballerina for six years and danced en pointe for Arizona Youth Ballet. She performed in shows like “The Nutcracker,” “Cinderella” and “Coppélia.”
Madison Qualls
Medical Assistant
Our dedicated Medical Assistant Madison Qualls holds a Basic Life Support certification and an Associate of Applied Science in business administration and management. She loves helping others and being part of their journey, particularly in the field of fertility. With four children of her own, she understands the love and joy that comes with having children. Madison is especially proud of her achievements as a young mother, including earning her degree while raising her kids.
In her spare time, Madison enjoys hiking and exploring new areas, finding peace and serenity in nature. She says she looks like a child herself, and it often amazes others when she tells them she has four children of her own.
Angie Robinson
Administrator
Angie has been involved with the medical field for more than 25 years, first in human resources and now as TRM’s practice administrator. She has a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a major in finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and is a certified medical practice executive with the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE).
She takes great pride in her work and in TRM’s commitment to patients, ensuring that they are provided with as much information as possible, from understanding their insurance benefits to understanding all of their treatment options. She is an active member of the Chattanooga Medical Group Management Association, Tennessee Medical Group Management Association as well as the national Medical Group Management Association.
She is also the proud mother of two grown sons and a wife of 30 years. When not working, Angie enjoys rooting for the Vols, watching other sporting events, reading and watching movies.
Megan Sribour
Junior Embryologist
Megan joined TRM as an embryologist and is passionate about the work she does in the lab. She enjoys the direct impact of her day-to-day work, aware that every minute matters. Megan chose to work in fertility because it is always evolving, presenting new learning opportunities in an exciting and dynamic environment. She’s proud of having a positive influence on the lives of others, as well as working with deeply dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues.
In her spare time, Megan enjoys traveling, reading, experiencing local art and creating paper crafts.
Julie Shadonix
Registered Nurse IVF Coordinator
Julie joined TRM in 2023 with seven years of fertility nursing experience, including IVF and third-party reproduction coordination. She is passionate about helping individuals start and grow their families and hopes to develop meaningful relationships with her patients.
Julie works remotely coordinating IVF and frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycles. She currently resides in Arizona and enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her husband and two young children. Julie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in nursing from University of Arizona, where she competed on the synchronized swimming team.
Susan Walker
Senior Embryologist
Susan joined TRM as an embryologist in 2020. Susan says working at TRM is more than just a job to her, and she finds great joy interacting with couples who are on their journey to becoming parents.
Susan appreciates that fertility medicine is constantly evolving and growing, and she is prepared to meet the interesting challenges she encounters while working at TRM. Susan has completed her Embryology Laboratory Scientist (ELS) certification from the American Association of Bioanalysis (AAB).
When not at work, Susan often can be found playing golf, after catching the golf bug five years ago. She also enjoys knitting, drawing, music and painting. Susan is most proud of her amazing daughter and the woman she has become. Her favorite activity outside of work is spoiling her beautiful grandson. Most people would be surprised to learn that she is a sucker for “dad” jokes.
Terena Waters
Billing Specialist
Terena joined TRM in 2016, bringing a wealth of experience and a warm personality to the clinic. She earned an administrative assistant associate degree with a medical emphasis from Chattanooga State Community College. She enjoys helping patients better understand their insurance benefits and financial options.
Outside of the office, she spends a lot of her time with family and friends. She is proud to be celebrating 30 years of marriage and she’s a mother of two grown sons. Terena enjoys practicing yoga or reading. Her favorite sports teams are the Auburn Tigers and Atlanta Braves and her favorite vacation destination is the beach.
Brandie White
Medical Assistant
Brandie White has always found joy in helping people achieve their health goals. As a medical assistant, she loves playing a part in helping individuals and couples realize their dreams of starting a family. She believes it’s truly a miracle to help create life and feels privileged to be a part of that journey at TRM.
Brandie is especially proud of her family, which includes her husband and four daughters, who mean the world to her. She enjoys spending quality time with them and indulging in a bit of retail therapy. When she has a moment, she also enjoys crafting.
Working in fertility has given Brandie a deep appreciation for the dedication and hard work that goes into making dreams come true, not just for the patients but for the families and friends supporting them as well.
Shelby Wright
Nurse Practitioner
Nurse Practitioner Shelby Wright holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Her extensive certifications include Family Nurse Practitioner, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation and Advanced Fetal Monitoring. Shelby is also a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and has completed courses in Basic Infertility for Healthcare Providers as well as a specialized course for her nurse certificate in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.
Shelby values the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with her patients, offering emotional support and thorough education to help them make informed decisions about their medical care. She has always had a passion for women’s health and found that in her previous work as a labor and delivery nurse it was a privilege to help families during such a vulnerable and exciting time. Working in fertility and reproductive endocrinology has always been her goal because she wants to be able to support people as they strive to have a baby and provide them with compassionate, knowledgeable care. She aims to make a positive impact on her patients’ lives.
Outside of work, Shelby enjoys spending time with her Shetland Sheepdog Pip, reading, watching shows, going to the gym and being outdoors. During the summer, she loves to relax on the lake with family and friends. She also loves to travel and explore new destinations. A fun fact about Shelby is that she is a huge Alabama football fan and never misses a game. Roll Tide!
